Aisha Saintiche, Certified Health Coach

Aisha Saintiche is a Certified Health Coach, strategic advisor, and trusted voice in the work of wellness, leadership, and sustainable impact. With nearly two decades of experience across municipal systems, community health, accessibility, equity, and mental wellness, Aisha brings a rare blend of lived experience, policy insight, and trauma-informed practice to every space she enters.

As the Founder of Me to Moi Health, Aisha supports individuals, teams, and organizations in redefining what it means to lead, serve, and succeed—without burnout, self-erasure, or constant over-functioning. Her work centers on the belief that wellness is not a luxury or a reward, but a foundation for clarity, resilience, and meaningful leadership.

Aisha’s approach is deeply human and culturally responsive. She understands that many people—particularly women and those in caregiving, leadership, and frontline roles—have learned to survive by carrying more than their share. Through coaching, facilitation, and keynote speaking, she invites people to update old versions of themselves, reinvest in their well-being, and show up in ways that are aligned, sustainable, and honest.

With a Master’s degree in Public Policy, Administration, and Law, Aisha has led and contributed to the development of provincially mandated accessibility plans, mental health strategies, seniors’ strategies, and diversity and inclusion frameworks across multiple sectors, including sport and municipal government. Her ability to bridge personal wellness with systems-level change makes her a sought-after facilitator and speaker.

Beyond her professional work, Aisha is a published author, leadership coach, and community advocate. She formerly as Board Chair of Afiwi Centre for Culture and Arts, an African Arts & Cultural School in Durham Region, and has previously served on the Board of Directors for the Woman Abuse Council of Toronto (WomanACT). She was also recognized as one of the Top 30 Women Leaders to Watch by the NYC Journal.

At the heart of Aisha’s work is a simple but powerful truth: healing, leadership, and growth are not about doing more—they are about coming home to yourself. Through every conversation, workshop, and keynote, Aisha creates spaces where people feel seen, grounded, and empowered to choose themselves—without guilt or justification.
